Event:
IMMS will open its doors in Erfurt, Konrad-Zuse-Str. 14.

At the Long Night of the Sciences in Erfurt on November 6th 2015 IMMS will again provide many guests both young and old with many and varied insights into the R&D concerns of the Institute.

Amongst others, the visitors have the chance to gain an impression of the challenges inherent in the speed of microelectronics developments, the trend towards ever larger wafer diameters and ever tinier components. At the IMMS branch office in Erfurt the Institute carries out the development, characterisation and testing of ICs and investigates the reliability of electronic components and systems in accordance with international quality norms.

November 6th, 18:00, Konrad-Zuse-Str. 14, Erfurt. Details of the programme will be provided soon.
