For the tasks we offer and with the existing working conditions, it is possible to apply regardless of gender and/or any physical disabilities. We promote professional gender equality and encourage women in particular to apply to work with us in our research and development. Women are underrepresented in this area and are therefore given priority in cases of equal suitability, ability and professional performance. For our supervisory board, too, we are increasingly looking to fill positions with women.
Combining family life and career
For more equal participation, we have elected an Equal Opportunities Representative at IMMS. She is raising the management’s awareness of equality even more, for example in the balancing of family and career.
