IMMS developed lifting modules with a 15 kg load capacity and a stroke of 25 mm each and integrated them into a 6D drive system as vertical nanopositioners to carry payloads with virtually no power and nanometre-precise positioning. Photo: IMMS.

IMMS developed actuators to position objects in planes with diameters up to 200 mm and a vertical stroke of 25 mm with nanometre precision.
