Abstract:
The performance of a radio system depends largely on the characteristics of the receiving path. These are determined primarily by the parameters of the antennas and the RF front-ends. A measurement platform has been developed to evaluate radio receivers, which generates standard-compliant test signals for radio transmissions. This determines the minimum required reception power. The performance of radio systems can thus be evaluated and compared.
