ThAFF vor Ort im Ilm-Kreis – Wege zur Fachkräftesicherung
Abstract:
Mit der Veranstaltung ThAFF vor Ort im Ilm-Kreis – Wege zur Fachkräftesicherung gibt die ThAFF gemeinsam mit der Wirtschaftsförderung des Landkreises und dem Regionalmanagement Thüringer Bogen in den Räumlichkeiten des IMMS Institut für Mikroelektronik- und Mechatronik-Systeme gemeinnützige GmbH Arbeitgebern in persönlichen Gesprächen praxisorientierte Impulse und Tipps zu folgenden Themenbereichen:
- Zielgerichtete Stellenausschreibungen treffsicher platzieren
- Ältere Beschäftigte und Vereinbarkeit im Wandel der Zeit
- Internationale Fachkräfte rekrutieren und integrieren
- Innovative Gestaltung der Arbeitswelt
Fachkräftesicherung braucht Wissenszuwachs – und der kostet Geld. Die Weiterbildungsagentur Thüringen informiert über Finanzierungshilfen für Weiterbildungs- und Schulungsmaßnahmen.
Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung besteht außerdem die Möglichkeit, an einem Hausrundgang durch das IMMS teilzunehmen.
