Zum InnoPITCH wird auch der Wachstumskern HIPS vorgestellt: „SiCer-Technologie für High Performance Sensorsysteme“. Dort werden neuartige, robuste und hochintegrierte Hochleistungssensoren auf Basis der SiCer-Technologie entwickelt, v.a. Flüssigkeits- und Gassensoren. Diese werden durch die Verbindung von Siliziumtechnologie und keramischer Mehrlagentechnik möglich und in MEMS- Fertigungslinien prozessiert.
Zur InnoCON kann man sich zu Thüringer Innovationsprojekten informieren und Unterstützer für eigene Innovationsideen finden. Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei.
