Martin Eberhardt became the Managing Director with responsibility for the Institute’s business and administration on February 1st, 2019. Mr Eberhardt bears the title Diplom-Kaufmann (Dipl.-Kfm.), which is the German equivalent of MBA. Martin Eberhardt is a graduate of the Georg August University, Göttingen. His career has led him through audit and management roles in the steel, mechanical engineering and pharmaceutical industries into the management of research, most recently at CUTEC, the environmental research institute in Claustal, Germany.
