RF Noise Parameter Measurement Technology up to 26 GHz
The test setup includes a noise parameter test system (ATN Microwave) with 2 available tuner systems (300 MHz .. 6 GHz and 2 .. 26 GHz). The minimal noise figure ( Fmin), associated Gain ( Gainassoc) and optimal source impedance Γopt can be characterized.
